The Kedleston is a white veneered coffin with solid mouldings. It is also available in a colour of your choice.
That choice is the point of it. Families who pick the Kedleston are often looking for something other than a traditional timber, whether that is white for its simplicity or a particular colour that meant something to the person who has died. A team colour, a favourite colour, or something that simply feels more like them.
In white it is a calm and very plain coffin, with the grain of the timber still showing gently through the finish. It is shown here with chrome handles and fittings, which suit the white better than brass.
